GovanBrown Construction Managers Canada is revitalizing the iconic Junction industrial buildingsat at 108 Vine Ave. Most recently the long term home of Canadian Rogers Eastern Limited, the building was build by and for the Dr. Jackson Foods Ltd.
Above is an image of the building at the height of the Dr. Jackson Foods Ltd use of the building.

Great information on 108 Vine history.
The large east building appears to have been converted to an office space and people seem to be moving in (books, desks and PC’s are at the stations). They also added a few security sensitive pieces to the building – outdoor security cams and barbed wire along the fence.
The smaller west building still appears to be pretty empty still but noticed a ‘Power Watts’ (bicycle training program) sign on the mailbox.
Does anyone have an idea of what companies will be moving in?
Right now it appears the building owner and the same firm doing conversion is moving in. GovanBrown Construction Managers, http://www.govanbrown.com/
