I know this blog doesn’t discuss East of Keele, but there is an empty lot that has been for lease for years at Dundas and Indian Grove. Lately there is some activity there, it looks like a garden may be planted? Does anyone know what is going on?
Hey we do cover east of Keele look back on the posts
the lot is owned by United republic properties, the owner of which lives in the Junction, and also owns the building on the North east corner of Pacific and Dundas St.
I think they are renting it to a garden/landscape company

The archives of the junctioneer blog contain thousands of posts starting April of 2008 to today. You can search the entire archive using the search box below. You can also see a subject list by viewing the archive overview page using the archive page link in the upper right hand corner.
My guess is that the grooming is done by an outsourced company.

that could be exciting… I meant to ask; do you know what’s happening at the train platform? There looked to be sod or something?
Also: just dreaming here: but wouldn’t that be the *perfect* place for the Farmer’s Market?!
This lot also owed by united public, although the train platform was built and paid for by the Junction Arts festival
It just looked like they were doing some new work over there… I thought maybe something exciting was coming 🙂
they are paving the church parking lot…
Thanks Deb, no where near as exciting as I was hoping hahaha
