Yeah, they’re lifting sod and other materials onto the 4th floor terrace.
It would be nice and neighbourly if they could cover up the exposed concrete walls at the top of the tower. The walls are clad with bricks on the south side but not the north side. People live and work on both sides; there shouldn’t be such corner cutting.
It’d also be nice if they start posting no parking signs on the drive way/through the front side of the Heintzman Place buildings. Heading north on Heintzman to the end of the street now, there are so many cars park along the back alley between Heintzman & Indian Grove that you’re completely blind turning to the right (towards Indian Grove). Matter of time before there’s a head on / pedestrian collision there.
